We are an Employee Owned Company. What does this mean? An ESOP is an employee benefit program giving employees ownership in the company, at no cost to the employee. Rexco makes all contributions into the ESOP for the employee. This is why our employees are referred to as Employee Owners.
Why is an ESOP company special? Teamwork plays a big part in our business. Each employee owner works together for the good of the customer. We share our business strategy and financials with our employee owners to provide a better understanding of our business allowing better decisions by our employee owners. Our employee owners are empowered to make decisions, problem solve and do what's right for our customers. They understand if our customers succeed, so does our business and as owners, we benefit directly from that.
