***MODEL 2550 Hydrostatic Stump Grinder***

The Model 2550 is a mid-sized stump grinder
designed with the flexibility to move between
backyard jobsites and larger clearing projects.
Available with gas or diesel engine options rated
at 49 horsepower and the choice of a rubber tire
or track undercarriage, this unit is extremely
popular due to its ability to grind a wide variety
of stumps while still being easily maneuvered
with a weight of approximately 2,280 pounds. As
with all Bandit products, you can choose from an
array of options on the 2550 including different
control configurations, and enjoy its capability
to conquer challenging terrain and stumps.

Class-Leading Performance:
The Model 2550 features a 53-½” cutter swing, while also grinding to a
depth of 15” or a height of 23-½”. Four-wheel drive is standard on the
2550 for travel, while an optional grading blade is also made available
to aid with jobsite cleanup.

Cutter Wheel Options:
Two different cutter wheel options are available. The Bandit wheel,
with 18 Green teeth, provides an efficient cut while the concave teeth
can be rotated up to three times before needing discarded. The New
Revolution wheel, with 24 carbide hex teeth, also boasts an efficient
cut and is popular for its ability to contain debris under the machine,
reducing clean up.

Beltless Hydrostatic Drive:
A heavy-duty Parker hydraulic drive motor is mounted on one side
of the cutter wheel providing a simple, yet economical way to drive
the cutter wheel. No drive belts, bearings, jack shafts or clutches are
needed reducing maintenance costs and increasing productivity.

Choose your Own Controls:
How do you prefer to grind? With the 2550, operators can ensure
they will be most productive yet comfortable with having to
select their desired controls -- valves mounted on the side of the
machine or radio remote with tether back-up.
