Over the last 20 years, Randy has worked in HVAC, Sales, and Facilities Management. He's excited to join the Rexco team to be a part of our positive working environment and no longer be just a number. He's most looking forward to working with a winning team of individuals who work hard and play hard. Randy and his wife enjoy being outdoors when they can, especially biking, kayaking, and Jeep rides.
Before joining the Rexco team, Austin was a Department Manager at Hyvee. He came to Rexco to get into a different field with a position where he wouldn't feel like just another number. He appreciates our core values, the small company feel, and the loyalty there is amongst employees and between customers. Austin is looking forward to buliding strong relationships and being a part of something bigger. Fun fact, he can actually walk on his hands!
Brian enjoys working at Rexco because he gets to use his skills as an accountant while interacting with his co-workers. He was an accountant in the insurance industry for 18 years before coming to Rexco. His favorite part of the job is creating spreadsheets and learning about our business system. Brian rode the entire RAGBRAI route 8 consecutive years from 2003 to 2010.
Ashlee likes working at Rexco because it’s family oriented, and enjoys helping customers meet their needs and find solutions. She has an Associates Degree in Business Management and completed Kirkwood Leadership Academy. Ashlee has two German short hairs, Diesel and Bear.
Chad enjoys working at Rexco because of the friendly atmosphere of other employees. He keeps our yard organized and goes above and beyond to deliver for customers. His favorite part of the job is meeting customers. Outside of work, Chad is the head coach for the Anamosa Archery team.
Danny has over 12 years of expierience working on large equipment. He chose Rexco because we was ready to try something different. He is most looking forward to meeting new people. In his spare time, Danny enjoys bow fishing!
TJ has been in sales most of his career and came to Rexco in 2003. He’s been in two territories and now covers the entire state for crane sales. TJ has earned several top sales awards while at Rexco and always continues to strive for more. Tim has many years of experience as a service technician and a delivery driver. He chose Rexco because it is a well established company that knows how to take care of it's employees. He is most looking forward to meeting new people and getting out of a desk job. Tim has been married for 18 years and has 3 sons, 3 cats, 2 snakes, 2 guinea pigs, 17 society finches and 8 rabbits!
As Parts Manager in Davenport, Scott says every day gives him a chance to save someone else’s day. He is all about customer service for both our customers and employees. He started with Rexco in 1983 and has been a great assest in training our less tenured employees. When he's not working, Scott and his wife love to visit Las Vegas.

Bobby is the Parts Manager in New London. He enjoys working with the team in New London to meet customers' needs. During race season you can find Bobby racing his family owned 410 Sprint car at the Knoxville Raceway. His whole family is involved so it makes it very special and a lot of fun.
Tommy is our Territory Manager in Southeast Iowa. He grew up in the area and enjoys selling Bobcats and working with customers to meet their needs. He likes the people he works with and when he’s not selling he likes to spend time with his dog.

Joe joins the Rexco team as our Territory Manager in Iowa City. He has 11 years of experience in the agricultural equipment industry. Joe's looking forward to working for a great company that provides him an opportunity to learn about a new industry with great manufacturers. He has 3 kids and enjoys playing golf and going fishing!

John was an employee of 8 years for JP Sherman before it was acquired by Rexco. Before JP Sherman, He worked for Schmitt Implement and his family’s dairy farm. He chose to work for Rexco because it sounded like a good place to build his future. He is looking forward to serving his current customers and hopefully many new ones. He has a wife and four children.
